Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent Via An Post.
For orders with one small item it is sent by standard post so it won't be too expensive for you.
Items that have two or more items are send by express shipping with a tracking code.
All orders aim to be processed within 24 hours on a working day Mon-Fri during any lockdown.
If I am back at work I aim to have the order ready in the same time frame.
This is providing that the item is in stock. The levels are sometimes not adjusted due to non electronic purchases in salon/ the app not updating stock levels.
If an item is not in stock and you have purchased it, I will contact you and let you know a time frame.
Click and collect:
In the case of click and collect, social distancing rules apply and mask wearing is compulsory.
If the salon is closed on lockdown you will be in the salon on your own with myself.
Orders can be paid for in the salon via card if possible.
If the salon is open there may be a client present so please ring the bell and wait at the designated area inside the door. I will bring your order to you.
Click and collect is only available on certain days and you will be given an allocated time slot to collect your order. What happens if I can't collect it?
If you have paid for your item you can arrange another day.
If you haven't, the items cannot be held so they can be purchased by other customers.

Custom made shampoos are non returnable due to being made for your hair so please be certain when purchasing. If you need alterations to your custom made shampoo this can be done.
